Individual Therapy : Adolescent or Adult
The first step in therapy is building trust. Together, we’ll create a safe, supportive environment where you can explore difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and experiment with new, healthier ways of living.

My approach with adults and adolescents often includes exploring thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships. When helpful, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify and reframe negative thought patterns, while developing practical strategies for lasting change.
Couples Therapy
Relationships can bring deep joy — but also real challenges. Couples therapy offers a safe space for partners to explore what’s not working, improve communication, and strengthen their connection.

In our work together, I help couples gain insight into their relationship dynamics, resolve conflicts more constructively, and develop healthier ways of relating. The goal is to create a more satisfying, supportive, and resilient partnership.

Biofeedback Treatment
Biofeedback is a powerful mind-body treatment that teaches you how to use signals from your own body to improve your health and well-being. During sessions, sensors provide real-time feedback about your body’s activity, helping you practice subtle shifts — such as relaxing certain muscles or calming your breathing — to reduce pain, manage anxiety, and improve coping.
