About Me

As a licensed psychologist, I offer psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and older adolescents. People often come to me during times of stress, change, or uncertainty — whether they’re navigating relationship struggles, dealing with anxiety or depression, coping with chronic pain, or facing a major life transition. My goal is to create a collaborative, supportive space where you can feel understood, explore new perspectives, and move toward meaningful change.

Therapy isn’t always easy, but it can be deeply rewarding. With a style that blends validation, empathy, humor, and thoughtful challenges, I help clients build on their strengths and develop greater confidence, balance, and fulfillment in daily life.

I earned my B.A. from Vassar College, my M.S. in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, and my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Health Psychology from Widener University. I then completed postdoctoral work at the Jefferson Headache Center at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, where I joined the medical staff and continued to grow my private practice. After relocating to Westport, I opened my current practice, where I continue to support adults, couples, and adolescents.

I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem. My office is located just outside of downtown Westport.

If you’d like to learn more about how therapy with me might help, I invite you to reach out with any questions. I’d be happy to talk.
